Murang'a Industrial Park
Testing how 1,300 acres could hold industry, infrastructure and community at once

Industry planned with the systems and services that sustain it
This independent visual allocation study explores how roughly 1,300 acres could hold industrial, innovation, infrastructure, service and community-support uses together. It is modelled against a real, publicly announced Kenyan industrial park to test the method at an actual scale and against real constraints.
An industrial district is more than production plots. Its workforce depends on movement, utilities, services and civic infrastructure, and those dependencies need to be visible in the allocation logic from the outset rather than added later.
We developed the land-use allocation logic and investor-facing visual communication.
- Group major economic and employment uses
- Identify the supporting infrastructure and services each use needs
- Build community facilities into the allocation story
- Communicate the full programme through one concise visual framework
- Land-allocation framework
- Use-area schedule
- Community-support logic
- Investor-facing infographic
- Competing industrial, infrastructure, residential and civic uses structured coherently
- Investor-facing material developed from a raw land-use brief
- Allocation thinking applied at genuine county and special-economic-zone scale

Bring this capability to a live brief.
County governments, developers and SEZ authorities need defensible allocation logic when large sites must accommodate competing uses. We make those relationships visible and legible to investors, boards and oversight bodies.
